PyDSTool uses the newer versions of the python scientific library SciPy www.scipy.org, specifically versions 0.5.0 and above. These versions work with the Numpy library.

Versions of PyDSTool older than 0.84 use "old" SciPy, i.e. version 0.3.2, in combination with the Numarray and Numeric libraries.
