ODETools is a Matlab package written at Cornell by Ricardo Oliva, Erik Sherwood and John Guckenheimer, and should not be confused with the Maple package of the same name. It was a precursor to PyDSTool, and is useful because it supports automatic differentiation using ADMC++, a Matlab-specific automatic differentiation package written by Eric Phipps.
