FrontPage

Welcome to the PyDSTool Wiki pages. PyDSTool is an integrated simulation, modeling and analysis package for dynamical systems, written in Python. It is being developed mostly at Georgia State University, and the source code is available under the terms of the BSD license (see CodeTopics). As a research project, and being a Wiki, the software and these pages are still in development and subject to sudden changes.

Please note that PyDSTool is not a Python port of the DsTool software package.

This Wiki is meant to provide developers and users of the PyDSTool project a communal resource for discussion, documentation, and so forth.

Acknowledgments

This wiki is powered by MoinMoin. PyDSTool is developed using [WWW] Wing IDE and is partly funded by an [WWW] NSF grant from the Emerging Models and Technologies program of the Division of Computer and Communication Foundations. The title is "A Computational Framework for Inferring Self-Regulatory Properties from High-Dimensional Dynamic Models of Biological Systems".
