Welcome to the PyDSTool Wiki pages. PyDSTool is an integrated simulation, modeling and analysis package for dynamical systems, written in Python. It is being developed mostly at Georgia State University, and the source code is available under the terms of the BSD license (see CodeTopics). As a research project, and being a Wiki, the software and these pages are still in development and subject to sudden changes.
Please note that PyDSTool is not a Python port of the DsTool software package.
This Wiki is meant to provide developers and users of the PyDSTool project a communal resource for discussion, documentation, and so forth.

How to use this site
For a casual browser or new user, it is meant to be used like a regular web site.
For developers and registered users, the Wiki is a collaborative site, where content can be changed and added. You can register by clicking on Login in the side-bar, then contacting RobClewley to get write privileges.
Edit any page by pressing Edit at the top or the bottom of the page
Create a link to another page with joined capitalized words (like WikiSandBox) or with ["quoted words in brackets"]
Search for page titles or text within pages using the search box at the top of any page
See HelpForBeginners to get you going, HelpContents for all help pages.
Note that we lack a dictionary database with which to spell check page contents. It is suggested to edit large pieces of code offline in a text editor that has spell checking, before pasting the text into the wiki editor.
