Title: Numerical Computations and Random Matrix Theory

Abstract: We survey the latest tools from numerical linear algebra and symbolic computation that have lead to advances in random matrix theory. Some techniques include the eigenvalues of a billion by billion matrix, the solutions to the Painleve equation, determinants of generalized vandermondes, and much more!
