Title: MathWorld: Communicating Mathematics on the Internet

Abstract:

Since first appearing online more than 10 years ago, MathWorld has always been one of the most popular mathematical resources on the internet. Its entries usually find their way into the top 3 (if not top 1) results returned by a Google search for any given mathematical term. In this presentation, MathWorld's author and creator will provide a survey of MathWorld, its history, future directions, and the processes through which it continues to thrive and grow.
