Title: "Factorization of Rational Polynomials"

Abstract: In this talk I will discuss classic and modern algorithms for factoring polynomials over the rational numbers, and show how the procedures can also take into account the fact that a polynomial may have only few non-zero terms. For simplicity I will focus on the case of one and two variables.
