About the calendar

The CAM Integrated Calendar is the place to go to keep track of events that are of relevance to CAMsters. The goal in creating this calendar was to create a central place to go to find out about the goings on at CAM, so you never have to miss an interesting seminar or special event again!

In addition to being a publicly viewable calendar, it is also a Google Calendar. For those who use Gmail, this means that you can add particular events to your own Google Calendar, or add an entire series of events if you prefer. Many other calendar programs have the ability to import these calendars as well. One day this page will include instructions for how to do these things.

It is maintained on two levels: the calendar level and the sub-calendar level.

Each sub-calendar has an administrator and it is often pretty easy to guess who is in charge of what. If you have a suggestion for an event for a particular sub-calendar, or would like to volunteer to help with that sub-calendar, just contact the appropriate sub-calendar administrator or click Submit an Event at the bottom of the calendar.
